The Short Answer
Highpointe is a master-planned community in Hays County off Sawyer Ranch Road, just south of US 290 near Dripping Springs, with an Austin mailing address and Dripping Springs ISD schools. I am Clay Byrne of Byrne Real Estate Group, and buyers I work with like its big amenity package and Dripping Springs ISD schools. The trade-off is the drive into Austin on US 290.
I’m Clay Byrne, founder of Byrne Real Estate Group. Highpointe comes up with almost every family who is also looking at Belterra, since both are Dripping Springs ISD communities in ZIP 78737. Here’s what you should know before you buy or sell there.
Where is Highpointe, and what’s it like?

Here’s how I read it. Homes in 78737 took longer to sell in October, with a 77-day median and 6.36 months of supply, so buyers have room to negotiate. Because the ZIP mixes very different homes, I pull the last few sales on your street for every client.
