A REAL AUSTIN HOMEOWNER STORY
This Is Why Seller Rescue Exists.
A new chapter.
Ten days from the courthouse.
Mike walked away with $85,000.
When Mike called us from Sapling Cove, he was about ten days from foreclosure. We launched an immediate Rescue Blitz to our entire database and held a three-hour open house for qualified buyers who could pay cash and close fast.
We negotiated a deal that put $85,000 in his pocket and gave him a couple of weeks to stay in the house while he moved out. Instead of losing it all at the courthouse steps, he left with his equity and a fresh start.
Ten days was enough because he made the call.
Results depend on equity, payoff, costs, property condition, and deadlines. Past results don’t guarantee similar results.

QUESTIONS WE HEAR EVERY WEEK
Foreclosure Help in Austin: Your Questions Answered.
Still have a question? Call or text Clay directly.
Can I still sell my house if a foreclosure sale date is set?
In many cases, yes. Until the auction happens, you can usually sell and pay off the loan at closing. The closer you are to the sale date, the fewer options you have, so call as early as you can.
How does foreclosure work in Texas?
Most Texas foreclosures happen outside of court. Lenders generally must give you at least 20 days to catch up after a notice of default, and at least 21 days’ notice before a sale. Sales are held on the first Tuesday of the month at the county courthouse. Talk with a Texas attorney about the details of your situation.
How fast can you help?
We can usually get you a written cash offer within 48 hours. When there’s a little more time, we can launch a Rescue Blitz to our buyer database within days.
Does it cost anything to talk with you?
No. The conversation is free and confidential. If you choose to sell, our fees are paid out of the sale at closing, never up front.
What if I want to keep my home?
Tell us that first. We’ll point you to a HUD-approved housing counselor or an attorney who can walk you through relief programs, loan modifications, and other ways to stay.
DON’T WAIT TO UNDERSTAND YOUR OPTIONS
The Worst Move Is Waiting Too Long.

Submitting a form does not stop or postpone a foreclosure sale.
Byrne Real Estate Group is a licensed Texas real estate brokerage. We are not attorneys, lenders, or a mortgage relief or loan modification service, and we cannot stop a foreclosure. If you want to explore keeping your home, contact a HUD-approved housing counselor or a Texas attorney.
